San Francisco Housing Intelligence
SFMETRIC is a web application that helps home buyers, sellers, investors and real estate professionals understand San Francisco residential property. It brings together recorded sales, active listings and public records so that a person can look up a property and see how it compares with the market.
What SFMETRIC does
- Property Intelligence: sales history, comparable sales, an estimated value, zoning, permits, complaints and eviction notices for a single property.
- Market dashboards: prices, volume and trends by neighborhood and property type.
- Property Explorer and Deal Analyzer: search properties and test investment scenarios.
- Mortgage Calculator: estimate monthly payments.
Where the data comes from
SFMETRIC combines multiple listing service (MLS) records and City and County of San Francisco public records, including assessor, building permit, building inspection complaint, eviction notice and zoning data.
Signing in
You sign in to SFMETRIC with your Google account. We use only the name and email address Google provides, to create your account and to show you your own activity and preferences. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
